“Four years ago, as a treat for Mothering Sunday, I gave everyone in my office a golden ticket to be photographed with their mum. My own mother died ten years ago, and I wanted to remember her, celebrate these amazing superwomen everywhere, and give people the chance to have some quality time with their own wonderful mums. So, we glammed them up, pampered them and gave everyone a fabulous photoshoot - it was one of the best days at work we'd ever had! And this year, I decided to do it again, but on a bigger scale and with a wider audience to really spread the message.” - Rankin discussing his Mother’s Day project, 2019
